Coriander Restaurant and Bar is a new Balinese restaurant at 188 Jalan Tamblingan in Sanur, just north of the entrance to the Bali Hyatt, Sanur.

Specialising in Asian fusion and Western foods to suit tourists and expatriates, it is low in cost but offering a high quality range of gourmet foods. The chef goes to market every morning to buy the freshest produce of vegetables, meat and seafood.

Coriander Restaurant and Bar has an exclusive anti-bacterial water filtration unit to ensure that all produce is hygenically washed and prepared.

The chef is Balinese born and bred with specialist training in Sydney, Australia. On-going training ensures that staff are skilled in presenting the best authentic menu options to their guests.

The team at Coriander pay particular attention to the special health requirements of customers to ensure the most pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Our chef visits the markets every day to select the freshest vegetables, meats and seafood. All of our delicious salads are carefully prepared and washed with filtered pure water.
